For more than 15 years, Maleikha Zaire Jackson (MJ) has worked at the intersection of technology, digital marketing, content, systems, and business operations — helping businesses, founders, and organizations across the Philippines and abroad build, manage, and improve their digital operations.
The Story
Maleikha Zaire Jackson (MJ) started freelancing as a Web Developer and Graphic Designer in 2012, the same year she finished her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at AMA University College.
Over the years, that grew into a career that doesn’t fit neatly into one job title. She’s built and managed websites and digital systems, created marketing strategies and content, managed social media, written hundreds of SEO articles, developed funnels and landing pages, configured email marketing and automations, connected CRMs and third-party platforms, and handled technical website optimization.
She’s also stepped into pure business operations, administrative management, SOP development, process improvement, project coordination, and training junior team members and VAs. She worked at PayPal as an Account Manager (2016–2017), then Pro Crew Schedule (2018–2020) as a Web Developer and UX/UI Designer.
More recently, she’s built more complex systems from the ground up, including a CRM/relationship-intelligence system that integrates contacts and information from Gmail, Calendar, and other platforms using Node.js, GitHub, and Supabase, and what is, to her knowledge, the first certification management system built specifically for a Philippine safety and security training organization.
Maleikha Zaire Jackson (MJ) holds a Master of Public Administration from Philippine Christian University (2021–2022). That combination of computer science and public administration shows in how she approaches systems thinking, process design, and client communication.
